My family visit.
5/5 The place was great. Very close to the beach and park. Plenty of space for me and my dog. Very nice backyard. Very clean and well-heated. Locked myself out once and the guy downstairs let me in. Was concerned about construction noise but it was not a factor. Extended my stay by one day and it was quite a bit cheaper than the first 3 nights because no extra fees were charged. Expect to return to San Francisco in the summer and this place will be my first choice.
5/5 It was walking distance to Golden Gate Park, the beach, and great little cafes. Clean and quiet. Comfortable beds.

1/5 The house was close to an active construction site. Every morning at 7 am , even on the weekends, there was loud noise from the site. Concrete trucks lined up idling in front of our house. The house had cockroaches that we saw at night in the kitchen.The back yard was a mess. We did not wish to sit there. It did not look like the photos in the listing. The house interior photos were staged and did not look the same when we arrived.

5/5 The property was so much better than staying at a hotel. It was very easy to figure out public transportation. You are very close to the ocean. The Hosts are quick to respond and absolutely wonderful!
