Well, located, quiet
5/5 We enjoyed our stay here. We parked our car in a nearby garage on our day of arrival and did everything else on foot. I think we only took an Uber once after a late night. Property is clean and straightforward. There is a little market about a block away for supplies. Check in and check out were very simple and quick. There is a patio/deck outback that we spent several hours enjoying one afternoon when we needed a break. We recommend the property would stay again.

Long weekend getaway
4/5 Great place! Perfect size for my myself, my husband, and our 9yo. Had everything we needed to make breakfast every morning, was quiet, and in a good a location. A bit more homeless people than I have encountered rather close, but thankfully harmless as I was out running every morning around 6 am to Balboa Park which was less than a mile away. Parking was a bit tough for us, but we are not from a city, and all the exemptions and orders on different hours and days was a bit confusing. But we did leave for the bulk of the day and only had to worry about it at nights. We did make it the whole trip without a ticket! We really enjoyed the place, though, and would recommend to others!

San Diego stay
4/5 Was a very small and quaint place. Very easy to get around. Didn’t stay in the room much during the day. Loved all the extra bedding and pillows.
