• WOW, Such a fantastic home and host!

  Family of 5 (H, W & 3 early 20's children) stayed here as we were having a family reunion in San Bernardino. Wanted to beat the heat and congestion of San Bernadino so decided to stay in RS, which was about 22 minutes from our family in SB. So glad we did. The home was fantastic and super accommodating. AC not really needed as it never got much above the mid-70's. Wish we would have had more time at the house to really enjoy it. Pool table and chair swing were used and the kitchen was well equipped. Beds and pillows were VERY comfortable. The owners were great. Attentive and very responsive to anything we needed…A+ and should be classified as a "Premier Host". Running Springs is lovely. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about this quaint and charming area of the world. Visual and sensory overload with the grandeur and beauty Running Springs offers. The drive between RS & SB is beautiful, scenic and a fun one. Old Country Coffee (5 mins) was our go-to for breakfast and lunch a few of times and it never disappointed. Neo Pizza was fantastic! Big Bear Lake and Village are a must see. The only caveat I'd issue here about the house is all-wheel or 4-wheel drive is a MUST to maneuver up and around the incredibly steep and I'd imagine for some, daunting driveway. Glad we had all-wheel and I enjoyed the challenge. The largest pine cones I've ever seen.... probably 10-12 inches tall and about 3-4 lbs. Will be back!!”

• Mountainside Chalet Was Wonderful

  Well located and set up home. Easily accommodated 6 of us. Well supplied with utensils and everything you need for a vacation stay. Great kitchen. Pool table, swing, games, decks are great for all, but especially for parties with kids. Owner very responsive to a couple of small needs we had. Thank you!

  We Enjoyed The Cabin Every Corner Of It, The Amenities Were Amazing And The Most Enjoyable Part Was The Indoor Swing. My Girls Loved It
