CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The code for the front door of the building is #4269. Enter here and take the elevator up to the 3rd floor
- The key is located inside a lockbox close to the shrubs by the accessibility ramp when walking up to the front of the building. The code is 1024
- The fobs to access the garage can be found inside the unit in a cabinet next to the fridge
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Return garage fob to the cabinet by the fridge
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash to the garage. The dumpster is located to the left after exiting the elevator
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the Welcome Book upon arrival

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- This single-story condo on the 3rd floor offers step-free access via the elevator
- The fireplace is not available for guest use
- Guests have to bring keys when going to the garage (both for parking and taking out trash) as there is a locked door to go back to the elevator to the apartments. If you don’t have key with you, then you’ll have to exit the building, go back in through the front door, and risk being locked out of the apartment

PARKING:
- Before parking, enter the apartment first to retrieve the garage access fobs from the cabinet beside the fridge
- 2 vehicles can be parked in the community parking garage. Entry to the garage is in the alley behind the building. One spot is right next to the ramp down from street level and the other spot is to the right of the accessible parking spot (the corner spot by the wall)
- Additional street parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis
