  Place was dirty and run down. Bed linens worn out, see through sheets, stains on white duvet. Dust build up under bedroom furniture. Bathroom...Old used bar of soap a turn off. Livingroom...couch sunk to floor, chairs worn out, covers come off. Very uncomfortable. Plastic blinds were filthy, write your name on windows. Kitchen...

  all dishes looked like they came from garage sale. no serving bowls, can opener crumbled, fry pans and baking sheets all worn out. dish towels all stained .BBQ was not cleaned after its last use. Some light bulbs out. Very dingy. Not very welcoming..

  - Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I must admit, I was quite taken aback by your review, especially considering the length of your stay. During your extended visit from January 7th to February 28th, I made every effort to ensure your comfort and satisfaction.
  - Upon your arrival, I personally attended to the barbecue and ensured it was fully fueled. While you mentioned concerns about its cleanliness, I found it to be in good condition, albeit a bit dusty due to the nature of our environment in Yuma.
  - I understand that expectations vary, and it seems there may have been some mismatch between your expectations and the reality of our accommodations. While our property may not boast the extravagance of the Beverly Hills Hilton, I take pride in offering a well-kept, comfortable space for my guests. Our mobile home, despite being 39 years old, is meticulously maintained, with ample amenities including multiple sheet sets, extra blankets, towels, and well-stocked kitchenware.
  - Your comments have prompted me to reassess certain aspects of the property to ensure future guests have an even better experience. I genuinely apologize if any shortcomings impacted your stay, and I appreciate your candid feedback, which allows me to continually improve.

• Not clean and Jet Noise

  We got there on a Thursday afternoon and the place was dirty.... the floors had not been swept and or cleaned in a while... and I know that it is a desert... (my mom lived down in Yuma for over 20 years, and I would set her up every winter, so I know how dirty the desert can be, but NOT when I am paying for a cleaning fee.... ) the window sills have not been cleaned in a LONG time, there were no screens on the windows, and I always open up the home in the AM to air it out... then close down the house in the heat.. could not do that with this property... the windows had not been cleaned in a very long time... the place was just dirty... when I pulled the sheets when we left, there were black hairs and other "stuff" on the sheets... disgusting ... who doesn't change out the sheets when someone leaves!!! I always check in a hotel, but not in a VRBO... that won't happen again. and then no where did it talk about the Jet noise.... we were close to the airport and the air force base... We left the trailer cleaner than we found it... I have rented thru VRBO multiple times and I have never have this experience before.... I will double check ..maybe triple check before booking again.
