  The house is actually a manufactured home so there were several things that were great but others that were very "cheap" for lack of a better word. There were cobwebs and dust all over the excessive amount of plants, the ceiling and corners.

  The night sky was absolutely incredible but the telescope was not user friendly for a novice. But you don't need it because of the darkness of the area. The closest place to get groceries is a gas station. The roads are very rough getting back to the property. The house is very eco-friendly if you are into that approach for vacation.

We have addressed your concern about cobwebs with our cleaning team and while yes, technically the gas station is the closest store, there is a well-stocked grocery store about 11 miles away in the town of Williams, which is easy and convenient on the drive to the house from almost anywhere. We are proud of our home and the effort that we put into preserving the beautiful high desert that we live in. We appreciate our guests for being mindful of their impact on the fragile area they are visiting. As noted in our other guest reviews, this is a beautiful, inviting home that is less than a mile from pavement and easy to get to. Thanks for staying at the Tiny Ranch!"

• Cleanest rental property I've ever stayed in, such a great place.

  Usually when you look at a property the picture always look a bit better than the reality. Not the case here, everything was as good or better. This place was spotless clean down to the last detail. The couches were amazing, giant TV, just a fantastic setup to relax when not taking in the surroundings. The only hiccup was a thing with the internet that wasn't their fault, but the customer service was amazing, I was just texting the property manager and she was incredible and fixed the problem right away. Quite simply this place sets the standard for what a rental property can be, would be my first choice if visiting the Grand Canyon again.

• Warm and Wonderful

  This is a beautiful home, filled with lovely furniture and all the comforts of home. We enjoyed being somewhat secluded from town so we could look at the stars! After a day of sight-seeing it was wonderful to return "home" to this getaway.
