1/5 Selected this property for the amenities offered by the community. But, when we tried to use them, we were denied access. Some change in HOA rules. Beautiful home but pool not heated so we could not use nor could we use the outside amenities.

5/5 The place was immaculate and just as advertised. We loved the community. Great walking in the neighborhood and hiking both in the White Tank mountains and over in Scottsdale.

This house is perfect and in a great location.
5/5 The house is just like the photos. It is furnished and decorated very tastefully and is super clean. The two king beds are very comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting on the back patio and relaxing by the pool which is very nice with the waterfall. The house is located in a very quiet and safe community and is a short drive to Surprise and Peoria. The hosts were great to communicate with and we received immediate responses to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!
