Well designed layout
4/5 The cabin isn’t very large but it uses the space well so it feels more spacious. It faces on the main street through Torreon and is actually a Show Low public road so there is a lot of fast traffic zooming by. The deck sits far enough back that you aren’t really seen from the road. The golf course and walking path are directly across the street so it’s easy to head out for a walk.The living room and dining room are comfortable and the kitchen is adequate for short stays. We were there three weeks so would have liked a few more items for all the cooking we did. They had new televisions in all the rooms.They could use a new bed in the master. I didn’t know they still made metal spring beds. Every time we got in or out of bed or turned over the bed squeaked and creaked. The deck has a nice barbecue and picnic table. There is a seating area of two chairs and a couch. The cushions were pretty grubby. They just needed to be taken off and washed. Plus there was only one tiny round metal drum on which to set anything. There is a string of little lights hung above the eave of the deck that has a remote to turn on. The remote was missing and the lights were unplugged so we couldn’t use them.Overall, I would say this is a very nice cabin in a nice quiet neighborhood that just needs a little TLC.

Building in Torreon
