Nice stay in Show Low
4/5 Overall, our stay was good. The house is as described, and was very clean. A few minor things that could easily make this a better rental experience:
The front door keypad is not intuitive at all, some instructions on how it works would have been great. I spent ~10 minutes trying to get in when we first arrived.
The water dispsenser and ice maker in the refrigerator do not work, my guess is the water isn't hooked up?
It would be very helpful to have labels on the light switches. We were constantly playing the game of "what does this switch do?" and "how do we turn this light/fan on/off?".
Communication was okay, emails before we arrived were replied to, but when we had problems with the front door lock, I tried calling and got voicemail. Never got a call back, and then a subsequent email was never responded to.

Family get away
3/5 House and neighborhood are lovely. Stream and lake close by. Bunk beds are pretty uncomfortable, no mattress covers so the sheets slip off all night. Property manager does not reply to emails or calls, so if you have an issue good luck.
