  The property was dirty, the pool was not ready it was empty, the yard was not clean or cut. We were very disappointed.

  -The previous guest encountered issues with the pool and drained it before your reservation. With a one-day turnover, we diligently worked to prepare the pool for your arrival, completing the filling process during the night or early morning of your first day.
  -Concerning the yard maintenance, our landscaper had visited shortly before your arrival. However, due to wet conditions, they were unable to mow the lawn.
  -We prioritize cleanliness, ensuring the home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each guest's arrival. We take great pride in maintaining the pristine condition of the property.
  -Regarding your review, it was noted during our conversation that you enjoyed the house and had an overall positive experience, except for the pool still being filled. Your review does not accurately reflect your experience.

• Beautiful property Pros/Cons

  Pro's -

  1. This property is beautiful and comfortable.

  2. The rooms are spacious and the backyard is nicely landscaped and gives a very relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere with lots of different types of birds.

  3. Property sits in a quiet peaceful neighborhood overlooking a wash. We didn't notice much traffic at all. Every morning we had our coffee and sat outside enjoying the sounds of nature in the lounge chairs.

  4. Large bathroom, lots of closet space and comfortable beds & furniture for relaxing, updated décor and stocked kitchen & laundry room. It's definitely a rental, but in good shape overall.

  Con's -

  1. There were issues with the pool - when we arrived, we noticed the pool heating tubes on the roof were leaking quite a bit of water onto the patio so Chelsea had the pool guy walk us through steps to turn off. Also, I alerted manager that pool vacuum wasn't working and the book said not to touch or remove it, so the bottom was not clean . Long story short, the pool was not heated nor clean for our stay, though we rented and paid for amenities we didn't use and there was no attempt to fix. I hope this issue is resolved for the next renters.

  We wanted to be honest in our review, fair and balanced. Overall we enjoyed the stay, there were just some unexpected events.

• Spring Training 2024

  House and neighborhood are very nice and close to the action. As Reds fans, it was nice to drive just 10-15 min to the training facility. The backyard is beautuful and we used the grill for many of our meals. We do use a hot tub quite often on our trips out west and this one could use an upgrade. Its definitely aged and might have needs a shock. Pool was as advertised with no heat which is unfortunate but clear in the property description. Overall, we would recommend a stay here on West Willow!
