5/5 The property was excellent. Things you should know: the drip system has a leak and at time the turf was under water near the pool. The kitchen faucet was very loose and should be tightened.

4/5 We enjoyed many things about this rental, including the outdoor space, heated pool, location and quiet neighborhood. It has a nice open floor plan, suitable for our party of 6. We found some maintenance issues, very loose kitchen faucet, no shower door handle, broken outdoor chair & no remote access to garage. Outdoor trash & recycle bins where overflowing on our arrival, with next pickup not for 4 days. None of the pantry staples, usually found in most rentals and the cookware was basic. Property manager did supply more paper products (TP & paper towel) when we requested.
Just a couple of things to note
5/5 A couple of minor repairs are needed: Master bath shower door handle and cabinet vanity door on left side. We have stayed in several Estrella VRBO's over last couple years trying to choose a new home to build. All others had a grill which was great since the weather is so nice for dining outside. A large skillet is needed. Couldn't saute' 4 chicken breasts or 4 fish filets for our family at one time. Also other rentals had no-stick spray and other spices besides salt & pepper. We purchased these and left them for next guests to enjoy. Other than these, the property was beautiful and conveniently located for our needs.

5/5 Great place -- we were first renters so couple things we told management about for future renters. Great outdoor space. Close to golf. A little ways to restaurants. Very quiet and relaxing!
