    The house was very nice but we did have some issues. The pool never heated up, the back yard was dirty, tub had bugs in it. Etc

    - As we value guest satisfaction, we truly apologize for the pool heat issue that impacted your stay. The heat pump compressor unexpectedly failed right before your arrival, but we have a new one on the way, expected to arrive this Friday.
    - We value the cleanliness and condition of our home. Guests can rest assured that we'll have our cleaners pay extra attention to the bathrooms and tidy up any debris in the backyard.
    - Communication is important and we maintain consistent availability. We encourage guests to always reach out to us with any questions or concerns so we have every opportunity to address them immediately.

  • Could have been better

    We arrived in the evening and the kids were excited to get in the pool because we paid to have it heated through our whole stay but it was cold and and the hot tub was cold also. The next day we had the same problem with the heating of the pool and hot tube. I also found a sun screen can in the pool the night before. Through out our stay I found the place to be dirty and the cabinets were very unorganized. I couldn't stand it and had clean it up a bit. It was a trip from my birthday and I didn't like the fact that it wasn't cleaned. I mean we paid a crazy amount for cleaning fees and I expected more. I found trash in some of the decorations and a lot of dust. The house looks like the pictures but we couldn't use the dressers in some of the rooms since they were broken and when we sat down to have dinner one of the chairs were broken, so we had to use the table in the kitchen area. The neighborhood was pretty quiet but one of the neighbors had dogs that would bark when ever we made any noise. We tried to make the best of our trip but we were unhappy with the fact that we couldn't t really enjoy the pool or hot tub like we had planned. The manager of the place was very nice and tried to get it fixed. I did get in contact with the company and they gave a a refund for the heating. That didn't make up for not having what we wanted but it's better then nothing. Be careful when renting this place for your next trip.

  • Disappointed

    The property was as pictured however the pictures were taken to show a more spacious home. That was not the issue. The check in process was great and the owner attentive. We received a message a few days before check in saying the had the carpets cleaned and we needed to take our shoes off inside. Okay we can handle that. Upon check in we started noticing broken furniture. Messaged the owner who said it must of happened during cleaning and he would be coming down to look when we left. Some of our family was unable to unpack and lived out of a suitcase the entire week. Misters by the pool did not work. 2 of them did spray but barely, no pool lights that we could find limiting swim time. We were also informed that we needed to leave the pool cleaner in the pool the entire week or the pump would not work. ( this was fun with a toddler) Down stairs shower was also broken. When I contacted the owner. He said "it is a bit tricky" it is not tricky. It is broken and unable to be used. For the price, I expected better upkeep. I hope the owner considers upgrades and repairs before renting the home again.

    Awesome 30 day stay at this nicely furnished large property. We’ll stocked with all the essentials for kitchen bath and pool areas. Owner was very prompt in answering our questions. We missed the hot tub last week of our stay as pump had gone out. Out of owners control. Plan to stay even longer next winter/spring.
