  This place is very clean they provide everything best place I’ve ever seen really clean everything was really nice I love the place my kids enjoyed the place in the pool thank you for the stay!

• Heavenly Heated Outdoor Pool

  Coming from Wisconsin, we really appreciated the ability to swim outdoors, which was an additional charge to heat, but worth every penny. Quiet neighborhood and centrally located for spring training, 2 hrs to Sedona, great restaurants. The listing had a hot tub and when booked, the tub was out of order, no reduction in price. In spite of contacting the Evolve managers multiple times over two days prior, and day of our stay, for early check in possibility, never received a response one way or the other, left us hanging. But, property wise, we loved the layout of the house, plenty of room, beds very comfortable, nice patio to lounge on, would most likely book again.

• Fun pool, clean house.

  Older home but clean and there was plenty of room for our group of 9. Pool was very fun. Be prepared, the house offers the bare minimum of things. No extra toilet paper, paper towels, only one extra garbage bag, multiple burned out lights. No dishwasher soap or dryer sheets. We’ve stayed at multiple vacation rentals and have always found they have provided at least a few of these items to get you started. There was laundry soap & some shampoo/conditiner. No extra pool towels so we were washing towels a lot (10-11 bathroom towels). No dish rags either and only found one dish towel. Not a deal breaker, but there’s only one tv in the house. More info about the floor plan would’ve been nice. Two bathrooms sounded great for our group, but one is an en suite, so it was tricky navigating bathroom time with the majority of our us sharing the hall bathroom so we didn’t disturb guests occupying the master bedroom. Bunk room doesn’t have bathroom close by. Rooms have closets and a few hangers but bunk room has nothing. Bags & clothes were just on the floor. Not fun living out of a suitcase for 4 nights. Coffee station was nice, there are basic spices in the kitchen, & plenty of dinnerware. Grill was filthy and there was no grill brush. Neighborhood was quite. While the house fell short in some areas for us, we enjoyed our stay and made some great memories.
