  Overall, a nice property. There's always something that can make it better. I have a few gripes with the property and its amenities. First issue is with the bed linens and towels.

  The scent of the detergent was overwhelming! Everyone I had over can attest to that. Even the people who enjoy scents! Second issue is with the sectional couch. If I had to guess, I would say that the couch was bought at a second hand store or from goodwill. It had no support in any of the seats. If you sat down, you sank! The couch wasn't even the one pictured in the property posts. Third issue was the sun beating down on the living room in the late afternoon. Blinds or curtains would be nice! Fourth issue was the trash. Both the recycle and regular trash cans were more than half full and not properly separated when we arrived. I took out two very full cans the night before we left. Finally, if you are going to have area rugs, they should be placed properly and the edges and corners should be secured to the flooring beneath. The area rugs were either bunched up or had corners sticking up creating a tripping hazard.

  - We apologize for the strong scent of the new detergent used by our cleaners. We didn't anticipate that it would be overpowering, and we will promptly address this issue and have it changed to ensure a more pleasant experience for our guests.
  - Regarding the couch, we regret that it wasn't as comfortable as expected. We brought the couch from home after the previous one was damaged by previous guests. While it has served us well for a couple of years, we understand your concerns and are actively exploring options for its replacement.
  - We appreciate your feedback about the area rugs not being securely fastened. Over time, we understand that the edges can lift, and we will take steps to ensure better maintenance in this regard.
  - We sincerely apologize for the oversight regarding the trash and recycling. It should have been taken out and emptied as per our standard procedures, and we will ensure this doesn't happen again.
