Heaven in pines
5/5 2nd visit to the Purple House. This house is so great for all the comfort, and things it provides for any of your needs. It also has a wonderful front porch, and front garden. It's so relaxing to sit and watch the activity going by, as well as watching all the hummingbird activity in the garden that is well stocked with beautiful flowers that the birds, bees, butterflies, and moths love.
So much fun!
5/5 The house is beautiful and unique and very comfortable. We had the luck of being there on a Sunday morning, meaning the Farmer's Market was just steps from the door. Very convenient to Lowell Observatory (short drive) and breweries and other activities in downtown Flagstaff (short walk). We had so much fun!
Great stay in Flagstaff
5/5 Wife and i loved our stay at the purple house. This was just like home to us. Traditional, comfortable home that had everything we needed. Lots of room for the two of us and would be great for a family. Just a couple of blocks from many stores, brewerys and restaraunts. Easy drive to the north rim and south rim of the amazing grand canyon. House sits across the street from a beautiful old church, the library and the visitors center. Very quiet neighborhood and even though there is a train line a few blocks away we didnt hear it at all during the night. Great front porch and garden to enjoy. We parked right in front or on side and didnt even have to use 2 spaces in back. Only had to reach out a couple of times to host for info or questions b9ut was answered promptly each time. Also, on leaving my wife left her ipad at the house and we didnt notice until we got back to texas. I contacted the host who went out of her way to retrieve the ipad, take it to u.p.s. and have it shipped home to us. Thank you purple house for a perfect stay!
Amazing House
5/5 We were a family of Grandparents, adult kids (couple) and 1 year old, as well as another adult couple (our other kids) that spent allot of time with us, eating, watching movies, and playing games.The house is very nice, beds very comfortable, well stocked, and couldn't ask for a better location. Highly recommend.We've stayed in allot of hotels and vrbo's in Flagstaff over the years, and this has been all of our favorite.
