We had an amazing experience renting this house in Flagstaff! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to everything we did. Highly recommend!

AC not working, we had to leave before our stay was officially over. We only stayed one night out of three that we paid for and only got refunded for less than one night stay.

We had two families staying here for a fun snow weekend. The house was so nice and clean. Great property.

We rented this location because of the hot tub and how close it was to everything. The back yard was like having an additional living space with a hot tub and that was a winner with our teens! We had a family member with disabilities and he loved the fountains and jets along with the beautiful fire pit. The house itself had plenty of space and one room had an office desk that was perfect for lap top use. The beds in the home were very comfortable and with very soft sheets. The home was clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen needs. In some of the reviews, it mentioned trains in the area. There were no horns during our 6 day stay. The sounds were barely noticeable (even when outside). There is a nice walking path through the woods that has access up the street. We would highly recommend this location as it was a perfect base for us as we visited the Grand Canyon, Bearizona, and Sedona!
