  Beautiful property. Not near enough attention paid to detail though. Sam the host is a nice guy. Here were the issues:1. Property says POOL. There is no pool on the property! This was one of the main reasons for renting this property! Greatly disappointed and mislead. Since there is NO POOL then update the property details to reflect that.2. 2 Dogs barked next door to our property rental for 3 weeks non stop! Asked Sam the host about this and he said he had thought about talking to the neighbor but has not. This greatly affected our stay! Dogs barking at 3 in the morning 5 in the morning 11 at night, etc! Sam should make a police report about this for disturbing the peace and turn in a recorded video of the dogs barking. I have a high suspicion they are being neglected by the home owner.3. Hot tub was nice but it said FILTER 21 days past due for cleaning at last check. Scum on top of water we cleaned off.4. No glassware in the house. There were SOLO cups and a few plastic drinking cups.5.No firewood or matches for fireplace. So I bought some myself.6.Ice maker nor working! So had to buy ice myself!7.Issues with main living room TV finally into the second week got worked out.8.No access to 3 car garage! Host has his personal belongings in there so our rental sat out in the sun and baked. Had to wait for car to cool off before even getting in it. Update needs to be done on property details that reflect NO USE OF 3 CAR GARAGE!8. Ceiling fan in master bed room noisy.

• Great Suprise in Suprise

  We stayed there for spring training baseball. Excellent location, close to the parks on the west side. Close to two nice entertainment districts. Very clean, nice putting green in the back yard. In a neighborhood. Four bedrooms, nice kitchen.We really like the place.

• As expected and then some!

  The place exceeded our expectations. Considering the price was less than many hotels in the area, we were expecting that this might be the kinda place that oversold on the cleanliness and amenities. But it was great! Pictures are accurate. Hot tub was clean and hot. And the putting green was fun, with a putter and three balls provided. Keyless entry was super convenient too. Quiet neighborhood (almost too quiet, LOL). We didn’t have a car but it was only a 20 minute one-way walk to get odds and ends at gas station or pharmacy. Only slightly awkward moment was calling the host for an early checkin. They answered the phone as though I had just called as a random person, rather than answering as someone who regularly gets business related calls. It took a minute of them asking “who is this?” before they grasped that I was calling related to the rental that they were listed as the contact for. Not a big deal, just strange, and just one of the quirks of renting from a management company rather than direct from the owner. And we did get a one hour earlier check in. Overall great experience.
