Great getaway with excellent fishing.
5/5 Super clean house with all of the necessary amenities. Location is perfect with views and access to the river. Couldn’t ask for a better fishing spot. The oven/stove needs to be repaired as the baking temp doesn’t go above 350°. The only complaint we had was the excessive cleaning fee. The checkout list includes pretty much doing all of the cleaning as a requirement of checkout. Seems a little steep when the guests are required to do the cleaning.

Older small cabin with great outdoor space.
4/5 The cabin is small, especially the kitchen, and needs updating/roof repairs. The outdoor space was delightful, we spent most of our time on the deck, screen in area or the dock. Could use new chairs on the dock, the plastic ones there are cracked. We had a great time watching the eagles, minks, musckrats, heron ………

Very Nice Property
5/5 Absolutely wonderful property with an amazing deck and access to the river. The only negative would be the grill needs to be replaced, it is very old and dirty. Regardless, I will most likely book this property again, I may just buy a grill and donate it to the owners! :)

Small cottage, needs updating, wonderful outdoors area.
4/5 The cottage was smaller than appears in the pictures. It is in need of updating and a new roof. The outdoors areas were wonderful on a peaceful area on the river. The dock could use some new chairs, the plastic ones there are broken. We enjoyed our stay in this peaceful setting.

In addition, we can confirm that there are no issues with the roof and it is in perfectly good condition.
- We were surprised to hear your comments about the dock chairs as they were purchased just seven days prior to your stay. After hearing your feedback we had our Guest Contact follow up and we can assure you that all chairs were found in perfect condition.
