First visit
5/5 Great cabin with enough room for a family of 6. In a community so not secluded but still decent views and great hangout/exploring on the property. We didn’t mind, but outdated if that’s something you care about. Great location to shops and exploring the mountains and waterfalls. Something walks through those woods at night. Sasquatch. It can only be Sasquatch.

Treasure in Maggie valley
5/5 We were so pleased with our stay at the Golden retreat in sherwood forest Maggie Valley. The cabin was just the right size and absolutely beautiful. Arthur, our host was very helpful and friendly we were so blessed to be able to stay in this peaceful gorgeous home. 5 stars all the way.

5/5 Had a wonderful time! Listing was accurate and it was everything advertised that we were looking for. 3 floors each with its own bed and bathroom so privacy was never an issue. Hot tub was awesome. Roads to the house were easy to navigate. House was reasonable distance from Waynesville (groceries, etc.), Cherokee Casino, and Asheville. Would definately stay again.
