Lots of unnecessary hindrances to precious vacation time
2/5 this property is not currently suitable for rental with regards to the around the clock beach reclamation project that went on for the entire week. We had beach access for 1 day out of 7.It was no insignificant matter.
These noisy construction site beach reclamation project Coupled with the wrong entry code, no bed linens or towels upon arrival, broken furniture, nasty plumbing issues, no Wi-Fi access ( code not provided ) and poor sanitary condition of the unit- the around the clock construction beeping was unacceptable. Actually the combined circumstances create a breach of contract.
We paid on time. Arrived on time and left on time.
Compensation of a partial refund would be fair due to the avoidable circumstances.
I reached out to the owner with no reply.

Needs updated and better cleaning
2/5 To many things to list that was wrong with this unit. Very unhappy with the cleaning of the unit. Dishes in dishwasher, laundry in the washer, full can of beer left on the balcony and trash in different places.

Beach stay
4/5 Location is Great,condo is maybe 100' from the water. Balcony was nice slightly blocked view Saw dolphins every day. Condo needs a few upgrades doors,mattresses but was nice overall Elevator was fast. Had a great time.
