RELAXCATION
5/5 The road driving to and from the boat house was awesome!! I can not begin to tell you how fascinated we were to see the variety of animals that popped up along the way, not to mention to have seen them in Florida. The river house was beautiful, clean and so, so comfortable. The porch with the view was just so amazing. You seemed to get lost in the day as well as loosing track of time, without a care either way. The private dock was absolutely awesome! We had rented a skiff for a few days and then a pontoon. It worked out great, very easy access, and had bouys that were already in place. The covered dock was a very nice area to hang out as well! Nice breeze in the evenings, had a grill, outdoor bar, fish cleaning station, ceiling fans and lights for added decor. NICE!!!!! So many things you can do in Steinhatchee and so many good places to eat. Heming’s Way coffee and Tacos ROCK!!! All in all, I highly recommend the boathouse retreat!! Beautiful, clean, and private!!! The owner was extremely exceptional and so kind. Went out of his way to make our stay comfy and to let us know if anything was needed he was there for us!!! We will definitely be back!!!!!!!! One more thing - this town is all about the GOLF CART!!!! Rent one - it was a blast!!!!!!!! I loved it!!! Filomena, Seth, Hannah, Nick, and Gracie
