  Cabin was great, was very clean, contact representative was very responsive when we had questions, was close to Pigeon Forge which helped with travel, and the house it self had everything needed to entertain the whole family. Would definitely stay there again.

• Great House

  This house was beautiful, well furnished, and in a great location. Cleaning could have been a little better, there were crumbs in the media room and bedroom, but not a major

  problem. There were maintenance issues with the hot tub, swimming pool heater and AC in the pool room. There was someone there Tue, Wed, and Thur working on the heater for the pool. We were scheduled to leave on Friday but were allowed to stay an extra day due to the problems with the pool which I felt was very generous. I would recommend this house.

  Host was great to work with. Property was lovely but cleaning level could have been better. Many dirty dishes, one pan unusable because it was covered with so much grease. There were hairs on the sheets. There was an issue with the theater room TV, but host was very proactive and trying to resolve that issue in a timely fashion, which we really appreciated. Appreciated the child friendly dishes available and the host willingness to pick up garbage in middle of stay due to so many people in the house and we were cooking our own meals.

  From the Owner: "Angela was proactive in her communication about needing a trash pick up and was great about troubleshooting a login issue on the brand new theatre room tv. No cleaning issues were ever mentioned directly to us, just in the review. Our team has been with us for 5 years and are responsible for many of the wonderful comments we receive about our attention detail and cleanliness."

• Television in the theater room didn’t work

  No television in all the bedrooms and the television in the theater room didn’t work. Not enough outside storage bin for the trash.

  - The property has 4 smart TVs as described in the listing. We apologize that the theater room TV unexpectedly stopped working during your stay, but we replaced it following your stay.
  - The bear-proof trash containers are typically sufficient, but for longer stays or holidays, we happily cover the cost of mid-stay trash pick-up, which is communicated to guests.

• Great place for group trip

  The house was very clean and well stocked. The kitchen had pretty much everything you could need to cook. We had one issue with the hot tub and the host had it fixed in one day. We would definitely stay here again.
