Perfect oasis
4/5 Pros- The location was ideal, perfectly between Destin and Pensacola. If you are looking for a nice quiet place to go to and relax without all the tourists attractions this is the place. The beach was never over crowded. Group of 10 stayed at the house ranging from 60s to 2, had plenty of space for all of us. Beds were comfortable and it was overall a beautiful place and experience
Con’s- upper deck boards were lose and raised up in the heat, making it a tripping hazard. If you plan on cooking or anything- the kitchen was bare, no salt or pepper. We had to go out and buy seasoning, oil, pretty much everything we needed to cook with. Also we had to go and buy trash bags, ziplock bags. I mean we spent almost 7k for a week and we had to literally supply our own toilet paper - 1 roll per bathroom for a week isn’t enough. Some of the towels were either stained or dirty- the cleaning people need to do better. I wasn’t all that impressed- also no cleaning supplies there, nothing to clean countertops with or anything. They do supply you with sample size things.
Overall- the week was perfect with my family, we enjoyed each other company. The pool was perfect walking distance and so was the beach. I would definitely stay here again, but I would just be better prepared.

Awesome house and Location.
5/5 Me and my family really enjoyed our stay here. The house was in great shape and very clean. We really enjoyed the fire place at night and they had a lot of beach chairs and even beach toys for the kids. We did end up getting a golf cart to make it easier to get to and from the beach. They also have a pool right next door and it is in a gated in community which is nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Super nice house - very clean!
5/5 Our group of 7 plus 2 small children really enjoyed our short stay over the 3 day weekend. House was super clean and had everything we needed. Owner responded promptly when we asked minor questions. Definitely recommend anyone staying in this area to give this house a try. Affordable too I may add.

Family beach trip
5/5 Our large family loved our stay at the summer breeze retreat. The house is very spacious and is in a great location. We appreciated all of the beach toys and chairs that were there to use and loved the fire pit area. We visited the pool twice and it was very clean and well taken care of. The neighborhood is very quiet…there was some construction going on but never bothered us. We would love to stay here again!!
