Our Dunnellon vacation
5/5 The house was very spacious, and cozy. My family really enjoyed the lanai covering the pool! I enjoyed the walks around the neighborhood and neighbors, all were very nice to talk to. Very one to the town of Dunnellon and shopping, food and the Beautiful Rainbow River! We will definitely book this house in the near future again!

Fun Place for Whole Family
5/5 9/2021 This was a great place! Very spacious, clean, comfortable beds, great hospitality with the little touches. Pets felt very welcomed.(Ask Alexa to "soothe my pet" worked for my anxious pups the first night!) Update to past reviews: There is a pods/ground coffee maker with plenty of coffee, sugar, & creamer. Some snacks & spices. Lots of kitchen utensils, but pots are on small side. The 2 extra waterbottles were a blessing! There are tiny Tupperware, too. There are 3 TVs, 1 in each bedroom. Extra fan in each bedroom. Pool is small, but good for littles to play. There are 12 small lifevests(one for a baby). Lots of toys & games for fun. Jenga, corn hole, darts, books, chess, record player, family movies. Definitely a quiet neighborhood. 5 minutes from KP Hole. We would have gladly stayed another day, if we could. Owner was helpful & very nice to speak with. Thank you!
Time off
5/5 Excellent time with my elderly parents. Very close to KP hold. The house is very clean, with all needed amenities and with plenty of space. The neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet. We definitely recommend this place and will consider future reservations. Thank you!
River house
5/5 This was a very nice home and great location for us. The neighbors were friendly and helped us find a place to park a truck and trailer. The house was nicely stocked so easy to fix meals in.
Rainbow Springs
5/5 We had a blast. Even though it rained, we played chicken with it and was able to make it to the springs every day. I do wish check in was earlier to beat the afternoon showers that occur in the summer.
