Cozy & clean home
5/5 We were very comfortable in this home, and we loved how it was close to MRNP. Every room was decorated in a classy, welcoming way, and all of the spaces were inviting. The kitchen was easy to use for meal preparation. We would be happy to stay here again!

5/5 We had a wonderful stay at the Black Bear Retreat. It's a great feel of old school charm mixed with all the modern amenities! Very private and right in the middle of the woods. Three different times during the week, we had deer walking through and stopping in the yard. The place is also very close to the park entrance, which was great for us. We went hiking every day. Would certainly recommend.

4/5 The linens in the middle room smelled dusty, but the contact person gave us the laundry code to get other linens. The BBQ was quite rusty and we had great difficulty removing the side drawer to empty it. I took the time to clean the grates well and re oil them but this really needs to be replaced. It was a good size though. I would suggest to have a crock pot and a blender and a few more large cooking utensils. The house otherwise was WONDERFUL, plenty of room and if we had kids they would have loved the loft and the games. Great location. I would definitely visit again. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

5/5 This was a great spot for our family of four. The house was comfy and clean, stocked well for a vacation rental! Easy and close drive into Rainier National Park, too.
