Very Clean and Updated house in older Neighborhood. Parking in garage was very nice.

Such a clean, up-to-date home. The beds were awesome! Rose is a great host - super responsive. Loved the woodsy decor alongside the modern appliances. It is close to a grocery store and a main thoroughfare. We had sunny days while in Sheridan, but had it rained, the garage has room for two vehicles. I would stay there again!

The home is clean, comfortable, with a charming rustic/west theme. It has top of the line appliances. My sister loved the Highland Cow print in the living room - she owns one.
The host is very responsive and promptly replied to any of our questions.
The property is conveniently located near Coffeen Ave. - a main thoroughfare - and a grocery store. We were able to park on the street in front of the house, but there is a two-car garage around back that we would have used if it had rained.
Loved this place and definitely will seek it out for a next visit to Sheridan.
We stayed three nights for the race in Dayton. Perfect location (close to packet pickup and 25 minutes from start of race). The house was clean and well equipped with high end appliances. Just what we needed.
Cottage close to downtown and grocery store, yet quiet.
