Enjoyable stay in Riley
4/5 Overall, this was a great house for our needs. We had 4 adults and 4 young kids. The house was very clean and the property manager was readily available for all our questions and even swung by the house when we had trouble with the AC. The views are stunning and we enjoyed seeing cows roam across the property.
The couple downsides that kept this from a 5 star review. The initial communications sent from evolve weren’t accurate which led to our first call to the property manager. The evolve communication was incorrect on how to get into the front door, the electric fence and accessing some of the features on the property. There is a pond and barn but due to overgrown grass you can’t get to them. Also, the property is off a gravel/dirt road that you are on for about a mile that would be tight for two cars to get by. I wouldn’t recommend vehicles that sit low to the ground as they can easily bottom out. There isn’t central AC and the two wall mounted units provide AC pretty well but you do need all the bedroom doors open and fans on to keep the upstairs cool.

5/5 We loved staying at this house. The views were amazing, the host was always available to answer questions and the house was perfect. We will be back as we look forward to making this stay a tradition.

A Little Time Away
5/5 Great spot! So quiet and relaxing. Full of fresh air and silence to the ears. Step back in time a little bit. Enjoyed the view during the day and stars at night! My dogs loved the yard and hiking around. Cows will come visit!
The downtown was a great spot to visit. Excellent coffee house!
