  Overall a very good experience. But could easily be great with a small investment and attention to detail.

  First thing I noticed as we entered the property driving down the driveway was the tattered american flag on the flag pole. The existing flag should disposed of properly, and a new one installed. Also, american flag code states that if a flag is flown in the darkness of night, that it must be illuminated. A solar powered light is about $25 on Amazon.

  Upon first entering the home we discovered a smell that we were't sure what it was. It wasn't offensive, just odd. Wasn't sure if it was mildew or maybe coming from the flooring or something else. After awhile we got used to it.

  The house inside was clean. Very plain inside lacking little art work or pictures on the walls. No nick knacks. Almost felt/looked sterile. Not comfy cozy.

  Beds and linens were comfortable. No hand towels in the bathrooms or kitchen. No washcloths. Just large bath towels.

  There were three large jugs of water in the dining room, which made us wonder if the water was safe. I texted our contact for the home asking if the water was safe? They texted me back telling me we could use the jugs of water, but didn't specify if the plumbed water was safe.

  If they expect clients to use the jugs, A dispenser should be available to place the jugs in for dispensing water. Five gallon jug of water is about 42 lbs. Pretty cumbersome to pour water out of.

  Refrigerator and freezer were not clean. Food in freezer looked like it leaked blood.

  Top of refrigerator very dirty.

  Stove top in horrible condition. Clean, but looks nasty. Oven was filthy.

  Used dirty dish sponge in sink.

  Light above kitchen sink didn't work. Only very large spoons in silverware tray. Too large for elderly or children.

  No nightstands in two bedrooms. No reading lights in any bedrooms, just ceiling lights that are not good for reading in bed.

  Smoke detector near door going from kitchen to garage was beeping from having a low battery. Made us wonder how old the batteries were in the other smoke detectors.

  I didn't notice any CO2 detectors.

  Hallway bathroom door sticks badly. Missing lens for ceiling light near bathtub.

  No WiFi. Little to no cellular internet service. No TV streaming service or even an antenna.

  Nice TV hanging on the wall. But useless.

  I would suggest at least a DVD player with an assortment of DVD's. We brought our own.
