Unprepared for Guests: Missing Linens & Communication Lapses
2/5 We arrived at a dirty house left by the previous guests. After contacting Evolve, the third-party management company, we learned there's a local property manager named Anna. Unfortunately, she showed no empathy when she did the bare minimum cleaning after our arrival. She removed the dirty linens without replacing them, forcing some of us to sleep in beach towels and what we could only assume were previously used duvet covers the first night. Replacements left outside the garage door the following day got rained on, further frustrating our stay. A second cleaning request was ignored, yet Anna reported it complete to the owner. I documented everything, and thankfully, Evolve and the owner ultimately rectified the situation with a refund.
* I read the previous review about no top sheets, and that's true. I agree that top sheets should be a standard amenity in rentals.

Great stay in Wisconsin
5/5 Great little area for families. Property is new and clean. Could use a few extra amenities and the communication from Evolve could use some work but once the final payment was made they provided the necessary contacts.

Beautiful setting
4/5 We love the house!! Just a few things that we didn’t have like no wash rags or hand towels for the kitchen. For all the beds there was only a fitted sheet and a thin comforter. No top sheet. Not sure if that is what is normal at VRBO now. It was March so a bit chilly sleeping in the basement and we only had 2 blankets in the whole house. No much furniture to sit on with 8 adults. Dining room chairs were very wobbly and need to have every leg tightened.
We liked the house very much and a beautiful setting!!!
