Surrounded by views of the water, this cozy cottage has a wood-burning stove to snuggle up next to and a fire pit with ample seating that’s perfect for roasting marshmallows with family!

Cute cabin horrible management
3/5 Upon arrival cabin had beds being used dirty towels in bathroom, food in fridge and dirty. Evolve management stated they didn’t have our reservation and needed to clean so asked us to leave for a couple hours. The cabin was adorable, bed was comfortable, beautiful views. The pier is rotted and unstable so we could not use. Management kicked us out a day early saying once again our reservation wasn’t accurate.we paid for 3 nights and stayed 2 missing the family party we came for. Very disappointing. If the property was better managed it could be a great little place

Hi Erica, we want our guests to feel completely taken care of during their stay, and we apologize that this wasn’t your experience. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they’d like to share the following:
- Due to a technical issue, we didn’t receive notification of your reservation until the day of your arrival, and we regret the inconvenience this caused.
- Once we were made aware, we immediately sent the cleaning team to prepare the home, but we understand that asking you to leave for a few hours was disruptive.
- There was some confusion regarding the reservation dates, as our records showed a stay from August 26-29, 2024, while you indicated different dates. Evolve asked for confirmation of your booking dates, but without that documentation, we weren’t able to resolve the discrepancy.
- The dock is made of wood, and while the top boards may feel flexible, they are not rotten. However, we do have plans to replace them at the end of the season for improved stability.
We appreciate your feedback and are committed to working with both the homeowner and our team to prevent similar issues for future guests. Thanks again, and we hope that you keep us in mind for your future travels!Perfect getaway

Eagle River Retreat w/Fire Pit
5/5 This is my second year visiting the cabin in Eagle River. This year my sister joined me. We are now making this our annual trip each year. Very tranquil, peaceful and above all beautiful. The cabin is great - cozy, clean, and comfortable. Views are awesome. Can hardly wait to return next year!
