3/5 The issue I have with this area is the unrelenting train whistle. It is bad enough that the train goes by 200 feet from the front door, and that the entire cabin shakes when it does. It is the train whistle that is deafening, every 30 to 60 minutes, every day, over and over so much so we had to leave to get some relief. The ability to sleep more than 1 hour at any point in the day was not possible due to this. I am not sure why this is not mentioned in the description beyond the basic description of “ an active train track” is in the area except for the FB

4th of July Stay!!!
5/5 We enjoyed our stay. This house was beautiful and we had no problems with our stay. The stairs can give you a little workout as to be expected!
Odor
2/5 Strong cat smell throughout the property. Rotting smell in bedroom upstairs. Had to sleep on couch. Found two dead mice in closet. Entrance door was difficult to latch. It was never locked.
