  Clean and comfortable. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds. All linens included. Sofa bed was good too. Open kitchen with all the cookware we needed. Enjoyed dinner on the back deck. Large neighborhood park in front of property, good for walks, playing Frisbee, includes a children's playground. Neighborhood is quaint and quiet. The property is an older home, which suited us older folks. Tasteful decor, highly functional layout. Spaces to gather indoors and out. Driveway will fit several cars. We parked two cars and there was room for more. No issues with the clean and well stocked bathrooms. There are three bedrooms total, two bedrooms in the basement. One full bathroom on each level. TV has lots of channels and easy to sync with your phone or tablet for streaming your content. There was 4 guests in our group. Check-in was easy accommodating and professional. I don't expect to be in Spokane again, but I would stay in another Evolve property if I have the chance.

  I enjoyed my stay. The house is charming. There's a nice park across the street with picnic tables, walking paths, small playground.. The neighborhood was quiet at night and normal neighborhood sounds during the day. I stayed at this house with three siblings. We enjoyed cooking meals in the roomy kitchen with adequate pots and pans, serve ware, appliances. We dined on the back patio table in the evenings. Self locking doors for security. All bedrooms were roomy and appointed. Two bedrooms are in the basement, they were cool and quiet. Main floor bedroom is also comfortable and adjacent to the bathroom. A/C works properly. All linens, towels, bedding and rugs were in good repair and provided. Comfortable beds in the bedrooms and the sofa bed in the living was useful. Large dining room with lovely view of the park. Off street parking in the single wide driveway. We fit two cars, could easily line up 4 cars. Street parking okay too. Close drive to the "Bowl and Pitcher" outlook and easy access to airport and downtown events. Quiet, clean affordable! Thank you

  We loved the location next to the park.

  This vacation rental had everything you could need.

  Think they may have a leak of some sort in the basement bath as rugs were saturated upon arrival. Also you can see residue coming up through the floor.
