Shoreline stay
4/5 There is no washer and dryer or air conditioning. There is a local laundromat that washes and dries the clothes rapidly so it turned out to be an inconvenience rather than a problem.
If you are looking for a basic, but comfortable, home base for a large group (we had ten), this should fill the bill.

Family that stays together…priceless!
5/5 Our Shoreline oasis was perfect for a family of 9 reuniting in Seattle for a college graduation celebration/family reunion. Clean. Spacious and quiet. Convenient. We spent hours in the upstairs kitchen laughing and preparing home cooked meals and relaxing at the end of the day. Being together in one place was important to us as we hadn’t seen some family members in several years. A emotional reunion 🥰 indeed! The place was spacious enough so we all could gather but still have privacy in our comfortable rooms. Loved being out on the deck. So peaceful. We created memories for a lifetime and can’t wait to do this again! Would stay here again! 👍👍 Mahalo Evolve and to our gracious host who was very responsive when we reached out. Tip: State of the art @Lumin Laundry just minutes away at Ballinger Village for the quickest, most efficient load of laundry you’ll ever have.

Graduation stay
4/5 Nice place. We understood that a washer and dryer were there, but no! Disappointing! Drive way is extremely steep and bushes/shrubery blocked the view of street/on coming traffic. The exterior/yard was overgrown with weeds. Overall the house was comfortable.
