Evolve customer service issues
3/5 House was nice and in good location, but the shower valve in the only shower does not function. I asked for this to be repaired and Evolve sent me a boilerplate email about how shower valves work. Thanks, but was of no help since the valve did not function correctly. The tub fills with water while you shower and then you have to hold the valve for some time to get the water to drain. Not a huge deal, just annoying and easily fixable. No financial remuneration after the stay after multiple follow ups, so I will avoid Evolve managed homes in the future.

5/5 This location is absolutely perfect. We were a very short walk to Queen Anne's shopping/restaurant area and an easy walk to the space needle, Chihuly museum and other key sites.
The house was spacious (family of 5) and clean with a well stocked kitchen. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

Beautiful Home Beautiful Location
4/5 This is a really gorgeous historic property in an AMAZING location. We enjoyed our stay here and were so thankful for how easy it was to get around!! Positives were gorgeous kitchen, gorgeous home decor, gorgeous outdoor area, sooo close to shopping and grocery and restaurants. Overall we really loved it and would stay again. The only negative really was the bathroom. It wasn’t as clean as I expected it to be at this price point. The tub/shower drain was one were you had to hold it down for it to drain-which was not ideal at all and it had a mat for slipping in the bath tub but it had mold on it and I felt wasn’t clean so we didn’t use that. Overall it was a great stay I just think the bathroom should have been cleaner.

Great location
4/5 Here for our daughters graduation. Amenities were comfortable and well designed. Neighborhood was great. Busy trip. Wish we had more time to explore.
