The place is very clean. It’s a little bit far from everything like grocery store and sight seeing places but it’s in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. I would rent this condo again. The only reason why I gave 4 stars with the communication with the property manager coz we had a little trouble with the code. We called the property manager and got his voicemail and did not get a call back till 20 minutes later. Aside from that our stay was great.

This home has reflected an ideal Seattle Experience. The entertainment magazines in the home were one of a kind. The guest contact was prompt and efficient when addressing our needs while on vacation.
The marble bathrooms were magnificent.
Loved the piano near the roof top balcony.
Close to grocery stores. Comfortable beds. Close to Elliot Bay which is an amazing sight to see.
The home was very clean and had everything we needed. It was just 2 of us staying, but would have been very comfortable for more people too. One thing to note is that there are a lot of steps, so would need to take that into account if traveling with elderly, etc. Location was also walkable to restaurants and 7/11 for essentials. Also easy to get around by car since the bridge has opened back up. We had a lovely few days here, would stay again!

I didn't stay here because I didn't know I had the reservation, but I can review the company which was not understanding or helpful in solving this technical problem with the reservation system.
I tried to make this booking through Expedia.com, but when I'd click "reserve" it said the listing was no longer available. I tried again. Same result. I ended up making another booking and thought I didn't have anything to worry about. There was no reservation listed for this property on Expedia.com.
When reviewing my credit card statement a few weeks later, I realized that some unexpected charges had been made to my account. I found the reservation details and saw that the normal refund period had passed. I immediately called Expedia.com, then Vrbo.com (which actually had the reservation details and handles these kinds of houses for Expedia.com—but which I never use), and then finally Evolve which is the property manager for this townhouse. All of the customer support agents for the three brands told me to talk to the other two. I was on the phone for hours explaining the situation over and over again. No one took responsibility for the technical reservation problem and I was not able to get any kind of credit or change dates, though I did call as soon as I noticed, a week before the first night that was reserved.
Because another person in my trip had already found better accommodations closer to downtown that were non-refundable, we decided to go there instead of this townhouse.
I understand why cancellation policies exist, but I also don't think it's right to take advantage of a technical fluke in reservation systems. The problem cost hours in customer support time and made an extremely bad impression on me, I'll be avoiding Evolve in the future.
Hi Gaetano, we're sorry that you were unable to experience this lovely property! We confirmed that a booking confirmation email was sent to you at the time that this reservation was booked in addition to a few other confirmation emails leading up to your stay. Unfortunately, your cancellation request come in outside of our cancellation window, so your booking did not qualify for a full refund. We'd like to clarify that this homeowner goes above and beyond for their guests and we are confident that all future travelers will have excellent stays.
We had a great time in this beautiful West Seattle townhouse! It is very new and modern and the layout is perfect. It’s very clean and the beds are comfortable. It’s well located for day trips even if the bridge to Seattle is currently closed. There is a detour but it is still very manageable. Parking was a little bit complicated at times as nearby parking wasn’t often available and we had to park 2 streets away but not a huge problem. One recommendation would be to add dishes to make the stay even better. It’s advertised for up to six guests so as an example it needs more than 2 dinner plates and 2 bowls. Otherwise no issues and we recommend!
