We enjoyed our stay; however, we had a few problems with the house itself. 1. Inoperable window in master bedroom (very hot weekend so inhibited cross breeze). Had to request a fan, which was delivered on our first night. 2. Broken stove/oven prevented planned meal preparation. Specifically, the oven would not work though oven light indicated it was “on.” 3. Kitchen setup: not very logical organization of kitchen utensils, dishes. etc. Also, need more bowls and mugs. Also utensil and silverware drawers were broken, so they are off the runners when drawers are pulled out. 4. Seemed like the house was not ready for us, as multiple Amazon orders with house supplies were delivered when we were there: paper goods (promised on arrival, arrived on last day of our stay), shampoo, conditioner and bath/shower soap (arrived second day of our stay). 5. Shower upgrade needed: grab bars, and rubber bath mat (dangerous, too slippery). FYI, get rid of bar of soap in shower. 6. Kitchen sink needs replacement. It’s is old and damaged. Bedrooms, living room and deck are nice spaces. Kitchen and bathroom need work. Overall, we did have an enjoyable visit.

My 80-year-old friend and I did enjoy our stay in the house; however, there were a few hiccups.
1. the window in one of the bedrooms did not open, so no cross breeze (management brought a fan for us to use, but window was not fixed while we were there).
2. Oven did not work (this limited our cooking options).
3. Bath tub is VERY slippery, and there was no rubber bathmat to put down. Nor did the shower have any grab bars.
4. The number of plates/bowls/mugs needs to be increased.
5. Household supplies were delivered over both days we were there, but no additional paper products (odd..and also missing were any boxes of Kleenex..also odd that this was not provided).
6. Management did give us a refund of $100 on our stay due to the inconveniences noted in #1 and #2.
