  The tenants upstairs were stomping all over the floors when we were trying to get to sleep. The "kitchen" facilities were meager at best. There were 2 tablespoons, 2 forks, 2 bowls and 2 salad plates. No dinner plates or butter knives. Clean with a comfortable bed, but not worth the price.

We're glad you found the space clean and the bed comfortable, but we're sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay didn’t meet expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your review, and they wanted to share the following:
  -As the rental is part of a shared space, some noise from upstairs residents is normal. However, quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. are in place, and we encourage guests to let us know if this was not respected.
  -The rental is equipped with a kitchenette that provides basic essentials for two guests, including plates, bowls, cups, and utensils. We’ll review the kitchen inventory to ensure it’s fully stocked with everything listed.

• Great studio with challenges

  The studio is clean, spacious and tastefully appointed. The local manager is very responsive. We can would love to continue staying at the studio if the mattress were upgraded.

  The current mattress is soft foam wrapped in plastic. It sleeps very hot and spongy.

  Noise from the separate rental upstairs was also a sleep challenge. We would overlook that if the bed were improved.

  Nice space for 1 person or a couple.

  Clean, well put-together, easy to do everything. Nice, big, comfy bed.

  Less than 20 minutes easy driving to Fort Worden State Park.

• Good place to hang your boots after a day of adventuring

  Cute, modern-designed studio in a forested setting. Towel warmer and provided snacks were a nice surprise. With more attention to cleaning details, especially the mold in the shower, we would have rated it higher. It provided all we needed after adventuring all day.

  Nicely done room

  Comfortable bed.

  Upper neighbors a little noisy.

  Shower and floors could have been cleaner.

  Overall comfortable stay in the forest.
