Affordable but Uncomfortable
3/5 We booked this place because we were traveling on a budget, and this place could fit our family of 7 affordably for the area. The home was recently renovated and visually appealing, but it felt like they went cheap on everything. We kept joking that we were staying in an Ikea model home. The queen beds were really firm and uncomfortable. The pillows were hard and flat. The fold out beds were rock hard and my kids needed multiple blankets underneath them to make them bearable. Overall, we got about as much sleep as if we were camping on the ground with our bags as pillows. The host was kind but slow to respond. The house wasn’t well stocked for the number of people we had - only 4 towels and no bedding for any of the foldout beds, so we had to ask the host to bring these by and they did. Cleanliness was questionable. Beds were made and the sinks and countertops were wiped down, but there was an old toothbrush left in the shower and caps on the floor that made me wonder how these were missed if the shower and floors were really cleaned. The location was nice, just a short drive to town and the beach. We chose to drive to a part of the beach that wasn’t as busy. Check in and out was easy. Overall, it was fine but based on the lack of sleep we got, next time we’ll pay more for comfort.

Secret getaway on the North Bay & Ocean Shores!
5/5 Beautiful cottage nested in a multiplex. Short walk to beaches, shorter drive to main beaches and rest of Ocean Shores. Absolutely awesome stay and excellent neighbors.

Better than expected
5/5 This was a family gathering with only 3 staying overnight, one in each bedroom and one on the couch and they were all very comfortable. 7 of us were there for lunch one day and it was still comfortable.
Very clean and up to date. Nice kitchen and the laundry was very handy. No complaints at all.
Convenient location and good price.
