House floors were dirty and sticky
3/5 Overall, the house and location were beautiful. But the floors and showers were dirty, our feet were black and we all felt like we had to wear shoes or socks the entire time inside.

Beautiful view!
5/5 Our family felt very comfortable here. It was a great place to stay for going to tide pools. We all just loved looking out over the ocean and enjoying the views we dont normally get a chance to see. There were 10 of us and plenty of room.

Beautiful view
4/5 The good:
The house has plenty of space, many bedrooms and two kitchens. Views of the ocean are great, especially from the upstairs when the marine layer fog clears. The backyard is pleasant. We enjoyed using the fireput - wood is available at nearby markets.
Seabrook is a 5 minute drive. There are several good restaurants and a nice new grocery store that is small but carries most things.
Beach access wasn't obvious, but it was good and nearby, via a huge staircase at the inn about 100yards up the street
Could be better:
The wi-fi was weak and inconsistent.
Kitchen pots, pans, knives etc are an odd collection and a bit tired & worn - I recommend a refresh this stuff.
