Great Views
5/5 Pretty neighborhood and great views. Hot tub was nice and the bed was comfortable. Only issue was that the heating system was pretty loud when it turned on at night but wasn't an issue with some basic ear plugs.

A little uninformed.
3/5 Really amazing, breathtaking views. However, because it is a mother in law apartment it is directly under what sounds to be the main part of the owner's home. Literally can hear conversion and every footstep. Definitely not quiet.

After sending your feedback to the owner, they’d like to share the following: We are currently in the process of adding the highest-rated floor underlayment to reduce noise levels for our guests. This upgrade is scheduled to be completed in January. We also provide a white noise machine in the bedroom. Thanks for your valuable feedback as we continue to improve for future guests!
Lovely, comfortable stay
4/5 Wonderful views, comfortable apartment. Clean, well appointed. Incredible wildlife! There were a few idiosyncrasies that made the stay less than a 5 star experience. All of these could be resolved with a simple info sheet on the refrigerator to eliminate the need for a text to the host. 1) info about recycling - where to put it, what is considered recyclable versus trash 2) timing of automatic sprinklers 3) "house rules" specifically about parking limitations.
The host was responsive to queries by text but an info sheet would have saved us the need to send a text.
We strive to be good guests, and not having specific info on these topics once we moved in caused me some anxiety.
Lastly, some small additions to the kitchen would be helpful. Electric kettle to heat water for tea, or pour over coffee. Kitchen towels and a dish rag for washing dishes. I hated using a nice, white hand towel in the kitchen. We bought a microfiber dish rag at the grocery, and brought it home.
Otherwise, the stay was glorious! Thank you!
