We took both our (grown) daughters, our son in law and 2 year old grandson for a family getaway (and to escape the chaos of Sea Fair!). The location is amazingly peaceful and beautiful. The views and sunsets from the deck were absolutely wonderful!! Their was space for all of us and the kitchen was easy to cook in and very well equipped. We used the grill every night and it was so great to have that. We really appreciated all the window screens so we could have the windows open but no mosquitos! And when it got quite hot (which it did 2 days in the afternoon) we just turned the A/C on. Our grandson got a huge kick out of the record player and all the grown ups thought that the record selection was fabulous! We enjoyed taking the trail, very nearby, down to the beach and going into the bakery in "town." We went grocery shopping at the Safeway and also, farther afield, in Poulsbo at the wonderful Central Market there (Town and Country Market). The yard and deck were very large and we enjoyed sitting out there while our grandson played. Did I mention the AMAZING sunsets?!! The only downside was the place was not clean. And oddly, there were not really supplies to clean much ourselves - though we tried! The host was super nice and super responsive! There was supposed to be a coffee grinder so we had only brought whole beans (being major coffee drinkers) but it was missing. When I wrote to the host he immediately ordered on on Amazon. All in all, a great 3 days!

Lovely place with nice amenities. The view was great and it is a quiet place to hang out. Comfortable primary suite. The owners where very responsive to our questions. Would come back in an instant.

A beautiful house with all the amenities.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and even with stormy weather the views are spectacular!
Hope to stay there again
We spent the weekend in Hansville and had a wonderful time. The property is beautiful and has the best view. The kitchen is fully stocked and the whole house was super clean. The only confusing part was inconsistency around what to do when leaving the property- the email said something slightly different than the binder in the house. We would definitely return in the future.
