5/5 The property was ideal for our get together. We were a party of 7. We had space for meetings. Workspace for those who needed to handle online issues. Equipment to barbeque and a smoker we used frequently. Adequate space outdoors for all to participate in a friendly card game and lively conversations. The dining room/kitchen was a great place to set up a breakfast bar and still have room for everyone. The living room/kitchen area was good for conversations. We enjoyed the deer in the yard, blackberry bushes and time at the pier. There was room for people to work when needed. Great space indoors and out to have meetings and casual gatherings. Plenty of kitchen equipment to make preparing meals easy. A variety of coffee makers placed upstairs and down. We enjoyed the stay and would recommend the villa to others.
Amazing Location and Villa
5/5 Our stay at the villa was nothing short of amazing. The villa exceeded our expectations inlcuding the location, the views, and the ability to relax (back patio with view of the water) or be as active as you want (walk to the pier or play bocce ball). Look foward to returning soon.
Absolutely Fabulous!!
5/5 Exacty as described, AND MORE!! The hosts thought of everything right down to the woolen blankets on the outdoor furniture for evening cozying! Everything was spotless, in perfect condition and felt like our own homes in terms of sytle, updates and conveniences. We made use of the outdoor fire-tables and spent many relaxing hours gazing out over the sound, watching the deer wander through the property and marveling at the bald eagles throught the binoculars.We so enjoyed our time at Fox Island Villa and whole heartedly thank our hosts for creating such a place!!Pam, Amy, Kathy, Dan, Sarah, Dave and Johnny

Beautiful Home
5/5 Beautiful home, beautiful area. A bit of a drive for groceries/gas (none on the island). There were a couple small things which were not working,outdoor heater, but was near perfect other than that.
