Great Property but Missing Advertised Amenities
3/5 The property itself was great. Centrally located, fully equipped with pretty much all the essentials for a family.
My two complaints are that the window shades/shutters are paper thin, making it impossible for people who like to sleep in past dawn. And that the advertisement for this house is false when it states that you have access to the community fitness centers, pools, and Suncadia Amenities.
My family and I booked this property specifically to have access to the amenities (it is known that not all properties have them, so you have to do research to see if the townhomes you rent outside of the resort itself allow you access). This specific property says you have access but after checkin I was informed we do not. It was hugely misleading and disappointing.

Perfect weekend escape
5/5 We truly enjoyed our stay. The central location made it easy to get to everything we were doing.....golf, spa, dinner. Kitchen was outfitted nicely (good knives!) which is something I never see at a rental. Very nice surprise and perfect for our breakfast cook ups. Our group of 4 had plenty of room. Great space downstairs for kids, if you had them along. All in all a perfect spot for our getaway.
