I don't think the pictures do this place justice. It has all kinds of charming and interesting features that we're pleasantly surprising. The view is beautiful and the beach access is only a couple of blocks down a quiet road. Very peaceful location. We did have an issue with the mascerator at the end of our stay but the owners were right on the problem.

The only problem was the macerator. Plumbing backs up in the bathroom and it runs a lot and isn’t quiet. Other than that a good place. Tried to call them when it happened no answer and no call back.

The property was nice, some of the kitchen appliances were not clean. There is a pump down stirs the pumps drain water out amd the breaker flipped on this thing so the basement started to flood. We cleaned it all up and found the cause a older oil heater was plugged into the same circuit and the cord was shorted out so bad it almost caught on fire. The beds were very nice and the linins were all clean. For the cost I would have expected not to run into minor issues of cleanliness. That said we all enjoyed our stay very much, and I would recommend this vacation rental to others.

Owners Autumn and Shane made my unplanned stay very pleasant from the first with a beautiful fresh Christmas tree, greeting me from the front window, fully decorated as well as the rest of the house. I would not have had this bit of cheer otherwise. I had recently lost my husband and then 3 days later on Thanksgiving Day, we had a pipe break in our upstairs shower flooding the attic, first and 2nd floor bathrooms causing major damage and making them un-useable and necessitating this extended stay in temporary housing. The owners assisted me in so many ways from hauling pellets so I could access them more easily, to installing additional wall heaters as the cold weather set in. They even brought me Christmas treats. The house is very spacious with 4 comfortable beds & bedrooms allowing me to have my family over as it was the holiday & I was in mourning. The basement was recently remodeled & is very unique. The location is in a quiet safe neighborhood easily accessible with plenty of parking- all I really appreciated. Thank You Autumn & Shane!
This place was amazing! The host was wonderful.
