  Very good location for my needs. Pet friendly made this optoon much better then a hotel. Back yard is large for pet walks but way over grown ( needs a good weed wacking ).

• Not what I expected according to the pictures.

  We arrived at night, the place was dark, the steps are steap and no light to see the steps. The key pad was difficult to see the numbers.

  Entered the place and there was a water puddle on kitchen floor. The ice maker was not operable.

  The bedding looked like it was not washed, notice dog and/or cat hair.

  Contacted the owner, and was not able to take care of the issues until the next day since he was one hour away. Ended up staying at a hotel.

  - We use a professional cleaning company to ensure the home is cleaned and sanitized between guests. The local contact does a walk-through before arrival and we are confident that the home met our high cleanliness standards before your check-in. We apologize that the ice maker wasn’t working during your stay and we plan to have the refrigerator replaced soon.
  - While our home is advertised as being pet-friendly, we apologize if you experienced any pet hair or odor related to this. We take cleanliness concerns seriously and have shared this feedback with our cleaning team to ensure that it is addressed before our next check-in.
  - We encourage guests to thoroughly review the listing before booking, to ensure they find the perfect vacation home for their needs. The listing does state that there are stairs. We would not consider them to be steep stairs, but we are sorry if the stairs caught you off guard.
  - We use professional photographers so we can be sure that our images accurately reflect each property. The homeowner prides themselves on being transparent and accommodating to all guests and would have been more than happy to walk you through the exact layout of the home had you inquired during the booking process.
  - While we do regret our home was not up to your expectations, we are happy to report that no issues were reported by the guests who stayed the following weekend.

• Nice and Quiet spot

  The place was clean and had a good deal of space. Some things were not exactly pleasing to the eye, but all in all I would say I got what I paid for.

  Stayed for a short time, but the price was good for the area in short notice.

  -Simple Check-in/Check-Out

  -The neighborhood was quiet

  Very tidy and lovely House equipped with what I needed. A good comfortable King Size bed and attached bathroom (the shower was kind of small, but that's fine because there is another bathroom). Great host. I had a great stay!
