From nearby hiking trails to the vibrant fairways at Hermitage Golf Club and Mount Snow Resort, there's something for everyone to enjoy. The mountain has numerous summer activities to partake in, such as the Wilmington Antique & Flea Market, 24th Annual Mount Snow Brewers Festival, and Vermont Wine & Harvest Festival. For a little action, hop on a hiking or mountain biking trail!
Less than a 10-minute drive will take you to Harriman Reservoir, home to prime boating, kayaking, and paddle boarding conditions, as well as the famed circular dam! When the snow falls, head to Mount Snow for some sensational skiing and snowboarding. Also nearby is the Vacation Association of Snow Travelers (VAST) snowmobiling trail!
If you prefer to stay close to the home, stroll through town to peruse quaint shops like Bartleby's Books and the Wilmington Candle Company. When you get hungry, grab a bite at local eatery Maple Leaf Tavern, Dot's, or Scalia's Wood-Fire Pizzeria!

Stay at Wilmington
4/5 Overall, the place was amazing to stay at! It's a very large house with plenty of different hangout areas, lots of activities to get up to, and the town of Wilmington is very beautiful to visit! The place also had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for the max amount of guests. There were a couple issues such as some information in the documents sent about rules/information being outdated/wrong. We were able to figure out most things, but the documents seem to be decently old at this point. Additionally, there was some broken glass just in the kitchen when we got there--nothing too bad and it was easy to clean. But the place just had a few small quirks like that. Nevertheless, the group that I brought to the property thoroughly enjoyed the stay! Thanks for having us!

5/5 This house was perfect in so many ways. The location near downtown, the seemingly countless number of bedrooms and bathrooms available, the cleanliness - it was a great experience. Definitely recommend!

Great House
5/5 This is the 2nd year we stayed the house for our guys golf trip. The housebis located within minutes of great holf courses. The house is very well kept win everything that we needed. We will definitely rent this house again in the future.

Girls getaway
5/5 The house and property were great. The house has plenty of room and the beds were all comfortable. We were a party of 7 and you could sleep up to 21 easily. We would go back again. Everything you need is 3 minutes away.

Great house for a crowd.
4/5 This house is deceiving from the outside. It is massive. We stayed with 9 adults and 11 kids with plenty of space.
Kitchen and living room are well organized and clean.
The kids had fun in the game room and in the yard. We ended up with 2 warm days before the snow came back.
The carpets are a little skeevy and when removing sheets a few of the mattresses definitely need replacing. Suggesting mattress protectors.
Otherwise happy and would rent again.
