Great location and property
5/5 Perfect location for an Ascutney mountain bike vacation. Property had everything we could ask for (there were 7 of us) for apres. Plenty of room, 2 full bathes..the master suite was amazing. Fire pit got a workout ;)

Lovely rental
5/5 The property was perfect our group of 5 adults who needed 4 bedrooms. The house was well appointed with upscale bathrooms and furnishings. We would recommend it to anyone. Thanks for making it available

Family trip for Overland
4/5 We had 8 people in the house, and it was clean and very roomy for us. The exterior balcony was great to securely store our bikes (we were in town for the Overland bike event). The beds were comfy (especially the master bed!) and it was quiet.
There was a roof leak in the downstairs bedroom that leaked water onto the bedside table. So, one person in our group ended up sleeping on the couch. The property manager was responsive when we brought this up, apparently they were aware of the leak and thought it had been repaired. They gave us a gift card to a local store for the disruption, which was nice.
We'll certainly come back, as long as the prop manager can assure us that the leak has been repaired.
