4/5 The location is great. The family living areas were nice. The size and layout of the house was great for a family, however, the mattresses, pillows and bedding in 3 out of 5 bedrooms were old and very uncomfortable. The lighting in the upstairs bedrooms were poor.

Perfect for a mixed age group
5/5 There was plenty of room to spread out and the location was ideal for us. It was quiet and secluded but not far from the town of Shelburne

Cleaning required
3/5 The house & location were beautiful, but there were some cleanliness issues that definitely blemished the stay a bit.
*Dirty upstairs hall bathroom (we had to clean)
*Dirty bathroom in upstairs en suite (we had to clean)
*Coffee maker had old, moldy filer/coffee in basket
*Towels with holes
*Bugs/webs in the bedroom with the twin beds facing the lake
