• Very easy and accommodating

  Stayed for a golf trip. This was the 3rd property we rented as a group of 16, but 4 of us stayed here. We drove up early in the morning and they allowed an early check in so I could work there. They responded quickly and checking in was simple. Highly recommend this place

• Horrible. Worst experience ever. Fraudulent listing STAY AWAY

  I was never able to access the condo. Drove 8 hours in my car with my 10 and 12 year old to get locked out at night in a snow storm. Property Manger/ owner would not return cell phone calls or email response. VROB didn't help either they brushed it off to EVOLVE. This is fraud. EVOLVE didn't do anything to resolve problem. Had to drive 20 minutes to hotel I found on my own. I booked this under the VRBO and was never told there is another company (EVOLVE) working with VRBO. And then EVOLVE works with another property manager. I will never again use VRBO or EVOLVE. As of 3/14/2020 6:30 pm no refund of fees. Everyone points the finger to someone else.

  Very spacious and comfortable Loved the open floor plan. Being in the kitchen was a pleasure everything easy to find.

• Worst property in terms of hygiene

  Imagine arriving late at night at the property with your sleeping family, having left multiple voicemails to the property manager informing them about your arrival and walking into the property finding that it has not been cleaned since the previous occupant has left. Half used baby bottle and used tissues in kids' room, dirty carpets, clearly not cleaned bathroom, dirty dish in the sink… Now this can be a horror story on its own, but it got actually worse.. The property manager was not to be found over the course of 3 days, despite multiple tries and the funny thjng is that the phone number listed in the email is different than what is written in the property folder, or online. There are multiple numbers to call, some go to voicemail while others are disconnected. Parent company customer service answered the phone and sent email to verify the situation with photos but went missing afterwards.. Stay anywhere else, literally anywhere just not here!

• Great place to stay

  Very nice condo unit and a great property. Pool was nice and clean, lots of lawn space for yard games with family and friends. Dock is handy to have on site but it's very dirty from gulls and geese. The water is very shallow in the bay so use caution when you approach that area with a boat. Overall a fantastic stay and would highly recommend.
