Friends Reunion and Craft Fair Attendance
4/5 We head to Manchester every year at this time to attend the Craft Festival in Manchester, with our friends. With the increasing rates at the local hotels and B&Bs, this home provided us with the opportunity be part of the town activities, and the quality time being with our friends and a reasonable cost. We enjoyed the house as it was clean and in a great location. As with anything, there were a few items that need to be attended to, but it did not damper our enjoyment of the home. As for the firepit, we always bring a case of Duraflame logs with us if we know there is one available to us. We'll definitely consider to rent again next year.
good choice but expensive
5/5 Very clean and spacious. Very close to downtown Manchester and an easy ride to Bromley/Stratton. Overall a nice place to stay, but with fees and taxes this is very close to $1000/night.
Fun house on the hill
4/5 Our adult family enjoyed our stay, the ping pong was super fun, the house was clean and very close to skiing shopping and hiking. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pots and pans.A few things to be prepared for its very cold when you walk in so first person there turn the heat up. The stairs going to the upstairs are not meant for young children or elderly and the directions from evolve contradict the directions left on the counter for what to do before you leave.

At this price, it was okay but could easily be improved
4/5 If you like to play ping pong, this is the place for you. We really appreciated the great fun that is ping pong. But you have to ignore the disgusting bank of windows in the ping pong room. Such an easy fix and yet they have obviously not been washed, well, ever? The bedrooms and bathrooms where clean, comfortable and aplenty so we enjoyed a good night's sleep. The house rules and the rules on the evolve website for this home were contradictory...could we use the wood in the garage or did we need to bring our own in? This is for the fire pit outside as the fireplace inside is not useable. At this price, a complimentary pile of wood should have been made available and if it was available, that wasn't clear. Also, did we need to strip the beds or not? Yes and no according to the various sets of instructions. And if you want a cuppa before 10 am, you'll need to start the coffee maker at about 5:00 am, it's clogged and needs to be cleaned or replaced. This house is in a very nice location and with a bit more attention to a few things, it would have deserved a better rating.
